Penis Envy Uncut (PEU) is a variant within the Penis Envy lineage notable for the veil never tearing even at full maturity — the cap does not open in the typical way, which results in higher spore retention within the mushroom body. PEU is among the most potent cubensis variants available, often cited as more potent than standard PE due to the higher psilocybin concentration in a denser fruiting body. It is an advanced cultivation challenge with low sporulation, slow colonization, and demanding fruiting conditions.
