Albino Penis Envy is an isolated variant of Penis Envy selected for the absence of pigmentation — the fruiting bodies emerge ghostly white, with ghostly blue bruising that makes them visually unmistakable. APE is not merely an aesthetic variant: it consistently tests among the highest-potency Psilocybe cubensis varieties available, with some samples exceeding 2% total tryptamines. It inherits Penis Envy's cultivation difficulty — slow colonization, unreliable spore prints, low yields — and adds additional sensitivity to environmental conditions. APE is exclusively for experienced cultivators who are comfortable with agar work and grain-to-grain transfers.

Effects & Experience

APE produces among the most intense experiences available within Psilocybe cubensis. Users report very strong visuals, profound ego dissolution at higher doses, and an experience character that is more unpredictable than other cubensis strains. Recommended only for experienced users with solid knowledge of their response to high-potency psilocybin at lower doses first.

Potency Profile

APE regularly tests at 1.7–2.5%+ total tryptamines — at the extreme high end of the cubensis range. This is significantly more potent than standard Penis Envy and demands serious dose adjustment.

APE requires agar isolation and grain-to-grain transfers for reliable production. Spore prints are essentially useless — spore yield is minimal. Liquid culture from a reliable vendor or agar cloning is the only practical propagation method. Colonization is slower than PE. Environmental parameters must be tightly controlled. Not recommended as a first or second grow.
