Gateway Healing is a licensed Jamaican psilocybin retreat center in Negril, operating legally under Jamaican law where psilocybin mushrooms are unscheduled. The center offers 5-day and 8-day all-inclusive programs with a focus on trauma-informed therapeutic integration. Unlike some Jamaica retreat operators, Gateway works exclusively with clients pre-screened by their clinical coordinator team — clients with active psychosis, certain cardiac conditions, or incompatible medications are declined. Medical staff on-site include a licensed Jamaican physician.
