Greg Lake, Esq. is the law partner of Ian Benouis. Together they have founded over 60 entheogenic churches across the United States — the largest church-formation practice in the country. Their legal model leverages 508(c)(1)(a) designations, RFRA protections, and carefully constructed theological frameworks to create defensible religious organizations capable of withstanding scrutiny.
Lake co-founded the Church of Psilomethoxin with Benouis and Benjamin Moore, which has expanded into the Church of the Sacred Synthesis network with veteran-focused 5-MeO-DMT and Psilomethoxin programming.
