Pathways Psilocybin Facilitator Training

Pathways Psilocybin Facilitator Training is an Oregon Health Authority-approved facilitator training program offering the required 160-hour curriculum for OHA psilocybin facilitator licensure. Pathways distinguishes itself through an emphasis on equity in training access: 20% of each cohort is reserved for scholarship recipients from BIPOC communities, rural Oregon communities, and veterans, funded through partnerships with the Alma Institute and the Oregon Community Foundation. The curriculum follows the OHA-required framework (pharmacology, ethics, legal compliance, screening, facilitation skills, integration support) and adds elective concentrations in trauma-informed care, harm reduction facilitation, and working with veterans and first responders. Supervised practicum hours are completed at partner service centers across Portland and Central Oregon. Pathways offers a payment plan option and works with prospective students to identify scholarship sources — addressing the significant financial barrier ($8,000-$12,000) that the facilitator training market creates for qualified candidates without private financial resources.
