About

The Psychedelic Integration Alliance operates the most extensive network of peer integration circles in the United States, with free weekly groups running online and in-person chapters in over 15 cities. The Alliance operates from a core recognition: the psychedelic experience itself is only the beginning. Integration — the process of making meaning and sustainable change from the experience — is where therapeutic value is actually realized or lost.

The peer circle model provides accessible, free integration support for people who have had psychedelic experiences in any context — clinical trials, Oregon service centers, Jamaica retreats, or informal settings. Circle facilitators are trained volunteers who follow the Alliance's peer support guidelines rather than providing clinical therapy.

For people needing more structured support, the Alliance maintains a directory of licensed integration therapists and psychedelic-informed practitioners who have verified credentials and training. BIPOC-specific circles address the particular integration needs and community context of people of color working with psychedelics in a field that remains predominantly white.

Why It Matters

Access to psilocybin experiences is expanding rapidly, but integration infrastructure hasn't kept pace. The Alliance is one of the most operationally effective organizations addressing that gap — providing both free peer support and a pathway to licensed professional integration care.
