Using psilocybin to work on relationship patterns -- what's useful, what isn't

I came to psilocybin specifically because I have anxious attachment patterns that have derailed relationships repeatedly. Has anyone used psilocybin specifically for relationship pattern work?
Internal Family Systems framework maps well onto psilocybin work for attachment issues. The sessions often surface the 'parts' that drive anxious attachment -- usually protectors formed in early childhood. When those parts can be witnessed with compassion rather than shame, there's often a shift.
I want to be honest: my first session surfaced material about my early childhood that I wasn't prepared for and that destabilized me for a few weeks. If you're working on attachment wounds, please have therapeutic support in place before and after.
Three years and six sessions working specifically on this. What changed: I stopped performing security. The psilocybin alone didn't do that; the therapy in between did. The psilocybin opened doors.
