If you feel like it will never end: it will end. The peak is 3-4 hours. You are at a defined point on a curve that ends. Look at a clock. Calculate when it started. Do the math. This is real information that overrides the feeling that it's permanent.

If you feel like you're dying or going insane: this is a recognized psilocybin phenomenon. It feels like it matters. It is not medically dangerous at typical doses. Lie down. Focus on your breathing. Let the wave move through rather than fighting it. The resistance to what you're experiencing is making it worse.

If you have a trusted person with you: tell them you're struggling. Physical contact — a hand held, a shoulder — is grounding in a way that words aren't. Your sitter doesn't need to fix it. They need to stay present. That's enough.
