About Pacific Northwest Psychedelic Training Center
Pacific Northwest Psychedelic Training Center (PNW-PTC) offers professional training for mental health practitioners, physicians, and facilitators seeking competency in psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration. Washington State does not yet have a regulated psilocybin access program (legislation under review as of 2026), but demand for trained practitioners is substantial — Oregon's licensed program is adjacent, and federal access remains a near-term possibility. PNW-PTC offers certificate programs in psychedelic integration therapy (for licensed mental health practitioners), psychedelic harm reduction training (for community workers, peer supporters, and event staff), and a comprehensive psilocybin facilitator preparation program structured to prepare participants for Oregon OHA licensure. Faculty include licensed therapists, physicians, and researchers from the University of Washington's nascent psychedelic research program. Coursework is accredited for continuing education units (CEUs) for licensed counselors, social workers, and psychologists in Washington State. Scholarship funding available for BIPOC practitioners through a partnership with the Alma Institute.
